White Stone United Methodist Church awarded Linda Treakle Scholarships to the following recipients: John McClain, Thomarrow Hardy, Rachel Woolard, Katarania Zeiler, Aline Johnson, Roman Cutler, Zackery Rhodes, SemaJ Coleman, Jaylyn Carter, Elizabeth Woolard, and Shelby Rose.

White Stone United Women in Faith awarded scholarships to the following recipients: Mackenzie Bartlett, Chyra Boyd, Jaylyn Carter, SemaJ Coleman, Carissa Davis, Kylie Ewell, Janascia Henderson, Joseph Kellum, William McGee, Calvin Redmond, Zackery Rhodes, Shelby Rose, Kayleigh Self, Hailey Smith, Morgan VerMeer, Elizabeth Woolard, Grayce Yates.

White Stone United Methodist Church offers yearly scholarships in memory of Linda S. Treakle to graduating Lancaster High School students. Please see below for guidelines and application.

Also available is a renewable scholarship for those who received the Linda S. Treakle Scholarship as a Lancaster High School Senior.

The application must be postmarked to White Stone United Methodist Church by April 15th.

White Stone United Women of Faith offers the below yearly scholarships to graduating Lancaster High School students:

George F. Clarke Memorial Scholarship – minimum 3.0 GPA 

Frances Nichols Memorial Scholarship – minimum 3.0 GPA

Linda Treakle Memorial Scholarship – minimum 3.0 GPA

Lawson-Williams Memorial Scholarship – minimum 3.0 GPA

Maxine Somervell Memorial Scholarship – minimum of 3.0 GPA

Nell Casto Memorial Scholarship – minimum 3.0 GPA

Scholarship applications should be emailed by March 11th directly to Lancaster High School Guidance Office to the attention of Heidi Lally at hlally@lcs.k12.va.us.
